Developed by Chef Massimo Bottura of Modena at the Villa Manodori, Chef Bottura uses"Artigianale" balsamic vinegar to prepare his dishes, from browning of pork to marinating fruit for dessert. It adds particularly rich flavor to sauces and marinades.
