JonesandBones.com only uses the information we collect internally. This information is needed to process your orders. JonesandBones.com will not sell or share your personal information with others.
You can view the status of your orders at anytime. Simply click the "View Account" button located on the top of each page.
Sales Tax will be collected on all orders shipping within the State of California (except food items, if tax is charged on food items we will deduct the charges from your order).

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the total charge, which you can view on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order. Your shipping charges are determined by the weight of the items you are ordering and where the order is shipping to.

We ship your orders within 24 to 36 hours of placement if the item is in stock, Monday through Friday. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your requests.

Prices and availability of all JonesandBones.com products are subject to change without notice. It is entirely possible that an item will become unavailable between the time you are ordering the item and when it is shipped. We will immediately advise you if this is the case and we will ship your order once we have the item in stock.
If for some reason an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship the other merchandise immediately. Your packing slip will indicate back ordered items. As soon as the back order arrives at our store, we will immediately ship your items to you.
