Sesame Citrus Shrimp
Juice of one each: lemon, lime and orange
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 hand full cilantro leaves, chopped
4 tbsp toasted
sesame
oil
4 tbsp grapeseed oil
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled
Put all ingredients in an airtight container and shake until
well mixed. Marinate for one hour at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
Skewer and grill, or saute and serve as an appetizer.
