seared salmon marinara
serves 4
ingredients
4 6-oz. portions fresh salmon fillets salt & pepper freshly-cooked pasta 1 25-oz jar vino de milo four-herb malbec marinara sauce
directions
- Sprinkle salmon with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; coat pan with cooking spray.
- Add salmon, skin side down, and cook for 6 minutes or until golden.
- Turn, and cook for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta & toss with marinara sauce.
- Plate pasta & marinara sauce, and top with seared salmon.
