vino de milo portobello shiraz mushroom caps

ingredients
2 garlic cloves 1 small onion 2 1/2 cup vino de milo portobello shiraz sauce 2 large portobello mushroom caps 2 roasted red peppers, sliced 1 cup fresh sliced spinach 6 artichoke hearts, quartered balsamic vinegar we recommend Cavalli Condimento 10 yr or Lorenza dé Medici 10 yr
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
directions
- sauté garlic and onion in a small amount of oil.
- line a small baking pan with 2 cup vino de milo portobello shiraz sauce. place mushroom caps on sauce bottom-side down and fill with onion and garlic. layer peppers, spinach, and artichoke hearts in mushrooms.
- drizzle with balsamic vinegar (we recommend Cavalli Condimento 10 yr or Lorenza dé Medici 10 yr) and top with 1/2 cup vino de milo portobello shiraz sauce and grated mozzarella cheese. cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
