Nomads of Morocco Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a distinctive, prized olive oil pressed from native Picholine olives. Nomads of Morocco olive oil is produced from centuries old olive trees that flourish at the foot of Morocco's remote Atlas Mountain Range. In this orchard of Marrakech, the 3000 trees are mainly Picholine du Languedoc ( of French origin) & native cultivars such as Picholine Marocaine, Dahbia, Menara, & Haouzia. Some of these trees have a unique property... the same tree produces three or four different olive varieties, including the Picholine du Languedoc. From this variety Nomads of Morocco is produced.
Nomads of Morocco is a unique oil with hints of an aroma of mature bananas, red apples, & red tomato. Nomads olive oil has a sweet & delicate style & a well balanced taste & texture. The oil combines with the balanced fruitiness of the Moroccan Picholine variety, with a hint of artichoke from the Dahbia Moroccan variety & then is softened by the Arbequina variety.
